- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- What other methods of payments do you take?
- We take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express which are accepted through PayPal. We also accept E-Checks through PayPal but we can not ship your item until it has cleared. We apologize, but we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
- Can you special order a tune I want?
- I set special days throughout the year to bring batches of new movements into my store, and if you have a special request for a song or accessory you think I should carry, close to this time is the best time to make sure I know. I let everyone know when a "batch" day is coming up in my blog, Plucked Pins. I can sometimes refer you to someone else who might have what you are looking for.
Contact me for a large list of tunes that I can find for you fairly easily on my "batch" days. Other tunes are available on a luck or chance basis! Some tunes have never been "published" as music box elements at all, and some tunes are becoming increasingly rare for various reasons - from waning trends to copyright policy. - How long will it take my items to reach me?
- Your items are shipped to you from Canada using Canada Post Airmail or Expedited service and will take approximately one to two weeks to reach you depending on your location. Your items are shipped within 36 hours of payment.
- What are your shipping rates and do you ship internationally?
- Yes - international buyers are most welcome here. Check shipping rates for music box supplies here Shipping rates for other items in the shop are calculated individually because of the different sizes and weights. The cost is usually stated in the item description, but please feel free to contact me with your mailing address if you would like a quote.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
